Welcome to the Aeries online enrollment page for the Mark West Union School District

This online enrollment form is for new students to the Mark West Union School District. If you have a student currently enrolled in a Mark West School Union District school, please exit out of this form. Continuing students will complete a summer data confirmation form to update your student’s information each summer.

Aeries Online registration allows you to quickly start the process of registering a new student for school. Information about your student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the district office. The online process typically takes between 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process at one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time. 

To get started enrolling a new student click the "Enroll a New Student" button. You will be asked to bring proof of residency and other required documents, including a confirmation page when you complete the online process, to the district office during the enrollment during the enrollment process. If you live outside the Mark West School Union District attendance area, you must complete an interdistrict transfer form which can be picked up in any school office or downloaded from our district website here. Completion of the online enrollment process does not guarantee placement into a Mark West Union School District school. All enrollments are reviewed once the required documents are turned in and verified by district staff. 

When can I enroll for my TK/Kindergartner for the 2020-2021 school year?  

**2020-2021** Online enrollment for TK and K students will open on 12/18/19 at 5pm. Only enrollments through the online link will be accepted. **Parents enrolling a TK or K student for the 2020-2021 school year, must bring ALL required documents on Registration Day, Friday January 24th.  Please review Registration Day locations on the 2020-2021 TK/Kindergarten Flyer HERE.  Documents will not be accepted before Friday January 24th. TK/K Parent Information Night will be held on Thursday January 23rd at 7pm in the Mark West Elementary MPR. All incoming TK/K parents are highly encouraged to attend. 

When can I enroll students for the 2020-2021 school year in grades 1st- 6th?

Online enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year for students in grades 1st-6th will open in late February, 2020.  NOTE: The enrollment period for Mark West Charter (grades 7th and 8th) has closed.  If you have questions, please contact the Mark West Charter Office directly at 707.524.2741.

What do I do after completing the online data entry process?

Enrollment placement is reviewed at the district office for TK-6th grade students.

Please NOTE; when completing the steps on the documents page, you must print out ALL required documents before proceeding to the next page. Please bring the printed required documents, including the confirmation page(please print 2 copies of the confirmation page) you will be asked to print at the end of the enrollment process.

What do I do if I want to enroll a student for the current, 2019-2020 school year?

Select the current 2019-2020 school year from the drop down and follow the process. Documents for students who are being enrolled for the current year, 2019-2020, should be turned into the district office in a timely manner to the Mark West Union School District office at 305 Mark West Springs Rd. Acceptance is not guaranteed at the completion of the online enrollment process. All enrollments are reviewed once the required documents have been turned in. You will be contacted once your enrollment has been approved and your child has been placed at a school site. 

***Steps to Register a student for the Mark West Charter School - 7th or 8th grade!

                                         **Open Enrollment from October 1st-October 30th 

Please complete all areas of the online process. You will be required to bring an updated immunization record to the school office along with the confirmation page at the end of the enrollment process. There are also 5 other documents you will be required to print, complete and turn into the school office. These documents are as follows: 

1. MWCS Student, Parent and Faculty Pledge

2. Parent/Guardian Application Questionnaire

3. Student Application Questionnaire

4. Student Profile - to be completed by student's current teacher

5. Jupiter Grades Form

**Please bring a copy of your student's Birth Certificate and up to date immunization records.

Completing the online enrollment process does not guarantee acceptance to the Mark West Charter School. You will be contacted directly from the school office once placement has been completed.
